Global public relations agency
SBC helped this agency produce its first-ever corporate social responsibility
(CSR) report and carbon footprint. We worked to ensure that the CSR report
content would be substantive, balanced, metrics-based and verifiable – not
just another marketing piece. SBC advised them throughout the process, helping
them hone in on the material issues and use the Global Reporting Initiative
protocols to identify and quantify their environmental, social and economic
impacts. The results of this process support the company’s developing
sustainability goals, and will inform and improve future reporting.
One of the largest credit unions in
the US
SBC is working with this multi-billion dollar organization to integrate sustainability
throughout its operations. We facilitated a strategic action planning session
with a cross-functional green team using our ROS process. After guiding the group
to develop a list of over 160 recommendations for improved social and environmental
performance, SBC helped the firm prioritize actions based on their financial,
brand and sustainability benefits.
