What do we offer?

The modules can take many forms:

  • Individually “sprinkled” into existing courses
  • Combined into a stand-alone course for university credit
  • Added as stand-alone content for a school’s continuing education program
  • Offered as training material for a school’s office of sustainability




Is the content compatible with my Learning Management System (LMS)?

Yes, SBC will load the content into any LMS system your university uses, whether it’s Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, etc. The content is offered online via streaming videos and digitally available readings and media.

Does this content meet accreditation standards?

 Yes, our content is built to the highest AACSB accreditation standards for contact time and content.

Is this content available immediately?

Yes! Our content is ready to be loaded the minute you call. It is built to be plug-and-play and instantly available.

Granted, due to human limits, we ask for at least two (2) weeks’ notice to allow the SBC team enough time to gain access to your LMS system, load, review and test the course.

Can I look at the content or test it before I offer this in my class?

 Absolutely. We’re proud of our content, and we want you to be 100% confident in it as well. We will give you a single license to view the videos for free for up to one month. If you’re interested, we’re also happy to share a preview of our supplemental materials such as assignments, quizzes and discussion questions.

Are these modules customizable?

Yes, we can customize any of the material to best fit your teaching style, any University requirements, etc.

What is the cost?

Our content can be purchased several ways:

The University/School/Department purchases the content
The Students purchase the content (equivalent to a book/textbook for a course)
A fund/grant pays for the content

2016 survey of enrolled Seattle University freshman, 57% of respondents agreed that SU’s sustainability practices and programs influenced their decision to enroll “Somewhat (40%) or Very Much (17%).”

A 2015 Princeton Review survey of prospective students showed 61% said a colleges’ commitment to environmental issues would contribute “strongly” or “somewhat” to enrollment decisions.
